POLICIES

ALL RESERVATIONS: by booking with us you agree to all policies below, whether booked online or via phone. We now accept dogs year round in our One and Two Bedroom Cottages. Please refer to our new Dog Policy page for more information. Working service dogs are always welcomed.

CANCELLATIONS

NIGHTLY RESERVATIONS: Cancellation of one week or less from check in date, no refund will be issued. Cancellation between 8 days and 30 days of your check in date, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Free cancellation before 30 days or more from your check in date.
Rescheduling within 7 days of arrival will have a 15% rescheduling fee and void future refund on that booking.

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: (7 nights or more): Cancellation within 30 days of your check in date, no refund will be issued. Cancellation of 30 days or more from the date of your check in, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.


CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

Check in time is from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. If you have not arrived by 6pm, we will text you with the late check-in instructions, so there’s no need to rush. Other times by arrangement. Check out is 10 a.m.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Minimum stay required.

ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED UPON AVAILABILITY

CLEANING/DAMAGE POLICY

Damages to any hotel property inside or outside, including but not limited to furniture, linens, walls, the grounds, will be charged according to the cost to repair or replace such damaged property.

Rooms or property left in a condition significantly beyond normal use that requires extra cleaning or services will also require a fee.
