You have the opportunity to rent the entire Inn for your group. We’ll help you plan an amazing stay, then toss you the keys! We have done this multiple times in the past for wedding bridal parties and big reunions. It makes for an experience like no other. We require a minimum of 2 nights. Although we cannot hold wedding ceremonies on site, you and your guests will have exclusive use of all rooms and amenities! You get to hang out on the beach, kayak, light bonfires, BBQ, and play lawn games then retreat to private rooms at night. We do not have a large indoor gathering space, but we do have space for tents on our lawn.

Email us with your dates and ideas. Speak with Austin to to finalize details, and book a room for yourself. Next, we will create a special code that your guests can use online to reserve their room. Any remaining rooms that aren't filled by your guests will be your responsibility.

The nightly rates will not change for your guests. However, there is a (non-refundable) flat fee of $1500 to exclusively hold and book the Inn for your group.

If you feel like picking up the check yourself, we can quote you a flat rate for the days you want to rent the Inn and you can assign people to rooms anytime before arrival.

All room deposits and payments will be non-refundable 3 months prior to arrival. Payment for any empty rooms will be taken upon arrival.

If all beds and sofa beds are full, we can sleep 50 guests. Here are the spaces available to you and your guests and how many people can sleep in each room:

-1 king room with table and fireplace (sleeps 4)

-6 one bedroom cottages (sleeps 4)

-1 two bedroom cottage (sleeps 6)

-1 Lake House (sleeps 6) **available beginning July 2023

**For small groups wanting several rooms - you can book separately online or over the phone, but we do not hold rooms for small groups.
